Refund & Returns Policy – Pups Treasure

At Pups Treasure, your satisfaction matters to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for you or your pet, so we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

 with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or pet wear may not be eligible for return

Pups Treasure reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• Approved exchanges will be shipped promptly after the return is processed

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (such as size preference or change of mind)
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Pups Treasure will cover the return shipping cost and offer one of the following solutions:

• A full refund, or
• A free replacement or exchange, based on your preference

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include clear photos along with a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
